Xtreme Training (XT)

What is XT?
It's just like our regular boot camp but much harder, more intense, and extremely satisfying.  You can think of it as "boot camp elite."  The intensity and discipline will be on par with that of the US Military Academy and US Army physical fitness training.  But don't worry, we won't yell or scream at you... 

Who is it for?
It's designed for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.  At a minimum, you should be able to run a mile in under 9 minutes and should not have any significant injuries.

How long is it?
It's an hour everyday, Mon - Fri.  Just five straight days of fun and good pain.

Where is it?
Santa Monica (6:30am, 9:00am).

How much is it?
$100 for Basic XT (one time slot at one location) OR $120 for Unlimited XT (all classes, all locations).  Payments must be made by the start date.  Otherwise, you will incur a $20 late fee for every day it's late.  NO EXCEPTIONS

What do I need to bring?
A towel (or yoga mat), water, and your desire to get to that next level of fitness...

How do I sign up?
You must register by 36 hours before the start date to reserve your spot.  Enrollment is limited to 20 people in each class on a first come first serve basis, and your spot is not guaranteed until your payment is received.  Go to our registration page and click on the desired Xtreme Training option.
