ABOUT
SONKI
Sonki Hong, Founder and CEO of
Sonki Fitness, has over 26 years of fitness and sports experience and has
been hailed as "arguably the most fit man in the world" by The Honolulu
Advertiser. Having spent the past 14 years refining his training methods,
Sonki successfully fuses his professional experience with his passion for
fitness, inspiring others to achieve and surpass their personal fitness
goals. Sonki goes beyond helping individuals get stronger, faster, and
leaner. He also helps strengthen mental toughness while enhancing
self-esteem, and teaches his clients how to improve their overall health and
well-being for life.
Upon graduating #1 in his class
in physical fitness from the United States Military Academy at West Point,
Sonki spent five years as Master Fitness Trainer and Military Intelligence
Officer for the United States Army. In 2002, he launched Sonki Fitness,
turning his passion into a platform through which to motivate and teach
others how to achieve a healthier way of living. He has worked with
everyone from soldiers, athletes, celebrity actors and models to children
and adults of all ages from all walks of life. He trains individuals and
groups as well as companies encouraging employees to maintain healthy and
active lifestyles.
Sonki is a 5-time World Fitness
Champion and currently holds the world record for STREND - STRength and
ENDurance Fitness Competition. He has received numerous awards in a variety
of sports and has been featured in high-profile magazine and newspaper
editorials including The New York Times, Men's Fitness magazine, Soldiers
magazine, The Honolulu Advertiser, LA Sports & Fitness magazine and Hawaii
Army Weekly. |
