ABOUT KEITH

Keith Beyer believes fitness is about far more than looking good—it’s about becoming the best version of yourself.

A Master Sergeant in the U.S. Army Reserve, Keith has spent more than 25 years serving others through leadership, performance, and personal development. As a professional trumpet player, he has performed at thousands of military ceremonies and funerals, professional sporting events, orchestral performances, and motion picture soundtracks. His commitment to excellence has also carried into the fitness world, where he became the 2025 UNBA Men’s Physique Masters Champion and currently serves as a brand ambassador for Hydroxycut.

Keith holds a B.A. in Music and Business from West Chester University and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine. He is certified through NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Physique & Bodybuilding Coach.

As a Sonki Fitness trainer, Keith combines evidence-based fitness coaching with a holistic approach to health and performance. Drawing from the Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) model, he emphasizes the importance of physical training, nutrition, recovery, sleep, mindset, and purpose in creating lasting results.

Keith’s passion is helping people build confidence, develop sustainable habits, and discover that fitness is not a destination—it’s a lifelong journey of growth.

One of Keith’s favorite quotes comes from Jim Rohn:

“Work harder on yourself than you do on your job.”

He believes that when people invest in their own growth, every area of life improves.
