XTREME TRAINING (XT)

 

What is XT?
It’s just like our regular boot camp but much harder, more intense, and extremely satisfying.  You can think of it as “boot camp elite.”  The intensity and discipline will be on par with that of the US Military Academy and US Army physical fitness training.  But don’t worry, we won’t yell or scream at you… 

Who is it for?
It’s designed for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.  At a minimum, you should be able to run a mile in under 10 minutes and should not have any significant injuries.

How long is it?
Classes are an hour long for 3 straight days.  Just three days of fun and good pain.

Where is it?
Santa Monica (6:30am, 8:30am)

How much is it?
$75.  Due 3 days prior to the start date.  NO EXCEPTIONS

What do I need to bring?
A towel (or yoga mat), water, and your desire to get to that next level of fitness…

How do I sign up?
You must register by 72 hours before the start date to reserve your spot.  Enrollment is limited to 10 people in each class on a first come first served basis, and your spot is not guaranteed until your payment is received.  Go to our registration page to enroll.
