SERVICES

Sonki has spent several years learning and practicing various training methods throughout his life and has learned that the best way to train people is to focus on total fitness, make getting in shape fun, and keep it time-efficient.  What you can expect from our training sessions are results, fun, and the biggest bang for your time.  Our training methodology, NOWTM (New Optimal Workout), includes strength training, aerobic exercises, circuit training, agility drills, sprints, martial arts, flexibility improvement, and even some fun games. 

Most of our training sessions are conducted outside to take advantage of the beautiful outdoors, but we are also available to train at gyms and homes.  We work with all ages and levels, and customize a program for each client based on their goals, fitness level, and lifestyle.  Some of the core exercises used in the program are calisthenics (push-ups, crunches, etc.), strength training, PRE (Partner Resistance Exercises), HITTM (High-intensity Interval Training), PIETM (Powerful Isometric Exercises), and various aerobic activities.  Within the training process, we not only help each client reach his/her potential but also teach mental toughness to learn to push the limits and make fitness a lifelong habit.

Personal Training

Some of the benefits of our personal training programs are:

Cost for personal training with Sonki:

  • 1 session = $90
  • 2 - 9 sessions = $85 ea
  • 10 or more sessions = $80 ea

Cost for personal training with a Sonki Fitness trainer is $50 - 70, depending on the instructor.  Please contact us for specific rates.

 

Group Training

If you prefer to workout with others and/or would rather not pay a personal training rate, then group training is the answer.  All you have to do is get others to join you to defray the cost of training. The maximum number for a group is 15 people.

Cost for group training:

  • 2 people = $45 each
  • 3 - 6 people = $30 each
  • 7 - 15 people = $20 each

Corporate Training

Corporate training is an inexpensive way to boost productivity, lower healthcare cost, and increase morale, while keeping employees happy.  We have worked with corporations in the past and helped:

Cost for corporate training:

  • Flat fee of $200 per session + travel expenses (20 people or fewer)
  • Flat fee of $300 per session + travel expenses (21 - 30 people)
  • Flat fee of $400 per session + travel expenses (31 - 40 people)
  • For over 40 people, please call us for a rate.
