BACKGROUND: I originally joined Sonki Fitness for more accountability in my fitness routine. Jason had been a member of Sonki Fitness years ago and mentioned that it would be a great way to train together for our wedding. As a former college athlete in swimming, accountability and direction when working out is key for me! I rarely like to work out on my own, so group fitness has been the most successful workout method for me since college. From the first day that I joined, I have really loved working out with the Sonki Fitness team! Between our trainer Natalie and the wonderful people in the Playa Vista group, working out has been fun, challenging, and rewarding. Even though our wedding has passed, we still attend Sonki Fitness regularly because it has created a structure in our workout routine that we both enjoy.

What is your current exercise routine?  Sonki Fitness 3 x per week & swimming 1-2 x per week.

What is your motivation to stay in shape?  So that I can try new restaurants.

What is your greatest challenge to staying in shape?  Motivating myself to wake-up for an AM workout.

What is your key to success?  Having a partner that keeps me accountable to my workout routine.

What do you like about Sonki Fitness Boot Camp and how has it affected your life?  The great people involved! Sonki Fitness has taught me to love working out again!

BACKGROUND: I’ve always enjoyed being active from playing competitive soccer to weekend bike rides or hitting the mountains. I did Sonki Fitness years ago, which got me into the best shape of my life. I suffered a few setbacks due to injuries and work, but returning to Sonki put me back on the right track and helped me shed those extra pounds and lose a few inches for our wedding.
