FAVORITE PLACE VISITED:  I recently got married in Lanai, Hawaii and honeymooned in Greece – both were amazing trips!

PLACE YOU WANT TO VISIT:  I’m planning to hike Machu Picchu in 2023.

BACKGROUND:  I’ve always enjoyed team sports and activities. Sonki’s classes help hold me accountable, and the friendly competition motivates me. Sonki’s boot camp classes are a whole-body workout where I can build strength and endurance through challenging, varied and fun workouts. I recently ran my first 5k in a while and saw a huge improvement in my time as a result of Sonki’s program. 

What is your current exercise routine?  Sonki Fitness Boot Camp 3x per week, Peloton 2x per week, as many walks as I can get in, and at least one long run.

What is your motivation to stay in shape?  Health, stress relief and fitness. 

What is your greatest challenge to staying in shape?  I need to eat really clean to lose weight which sometimes conflicts with my love of cooking and exploring new restaurants. Moderation is key!

What do you like about Sonki Fitness Boot Camp and how has it affected your life?  I recently moved to Santa Monica from Brooklyn and was thrilled to find a community with the Sonki Fitness Bootcamp group. You can’t ask for a better start to the day than a workout overlooking the ocean at sunrise. 

What advice would you give to others about fitness?  Make sure to move every day.
