PLACE YOU WANT TO VISIT:  My list is very long, but here are a few – Galapagos Islands, Chile, African safari, and Asia.

FAVORITE MOVIE:  Good Will Hunting and Shawshank Redemption. Both touched me in different ways.

FAVORITE SINGER:  This changes, right now it is Dua Lipa. 

HOBBIES: Dancing, sculling, hiking, traveling, foodie, biking, movies, concerts, and entertaining/socializing.

What is your current exercise routine?  Sonki Fitness, sculling in the Marina, pickleball, hiking in the Santa Monica Mountains, biking & working on scheduling at least one day of dancing.

What is your motivation to stay in shape?  It makes me feel good! It helps me mentally. If I’m down I know I need to get up and get moving. It gives me energy, strength and keeps my weight in check. I am fortunate in that I truly enjoy physical fitness (moving) and being outdoors.

What is your greatest challenge to staying in shape?  My busy schedule.

What is your key to success?  Scheduling and knowing how well I feel both mentally and physically when I work out. And I avoid making excuses!

What do you like about Sonki Fitness Boot Camp and how has it affected your life?  I love Sonki Fitness because I get a lot of everything from the workout – cardio (great for your heart), strength training/toning (great for muscle tone and healthy bones), my mental health, increased energy level, and staying overall fit. Sonki Fitness is the best overall work out! I have also met and enjoy so many wonderful Sonki Fitness Warriors. Sonki Fitness definitely attracts good peeps!

What advice would you give to others about fitness?  It’s so important to maintain good mental and physical health. Schedule it as you would a meeting or an “important” event. Stick with or join Sonki Fitness and you will be satisfied with your results!
