BACKGROUND:  I was born in Melbourne, lived in 9 countries, and then landed in the US five years ago (NorCal then Santa Monica). I saw Sonki’s congregation a few times on a morning walk and thought “they’re my people.” So I begged Sonki to join his boot camp. I’ve enjoyed the group atmosphere and camaraderie. My stamina is improving, and I feel stronger. It’s been the one constant recently in these uncertain times. I am very grateful for the experience.

What is your current exercise routine?  Sonki Fitness 3 times per week with intermittent walks

What is your motivation to stay in shape?  Vanity

What is your greatest challenge to staying in shape?  Cheese and California Chardonnay

What is your key to success?  Consistency

What do you like about Sonki Fitness Boot Camp and how has it affected your life?  I love the people, the trainers and the magnificent setting on the Pacific Ocean coastline.

What advice would you give to others about fitness?  It’s a personal thing. Do what you enjoy and what makes you feel good. Don’t be worried with comparisons.
