What is your current exercise routine?  Sonki Fitness 3x per week and long walk/runs on the weekend.

What is your motivation to stay in shape?  I’m not a big fan of working out, so I would have to say just getting out there and doing it. Oh and not overeating.

What is your key to success?  I’m not sure I am successful, but after years of not exercising due to the pandemic, I’ve finally fallen into a routine that I enjoy.

What do you like about Sonki Fitness Boot Camp and how has it affected your life?  My favorite part is that the workout takes place outdoors early in the morning. It makes me feel empowered for the day.

What advice would you give to others about fitness?  Start slow and work your way up. Don’t get discouraged if you are the slowest person in the class.
