HOMETOWN:  I’m a Brit, born in London, England. I have lived in the US since 2006 and in Los Angeles since 2009.

COLLEGE:  Keele University and Oxford University

FAVORITE FOOD:  Great sushi

FAVORITE PLACE VISITED:  Laos and Botswana, where I lived and worked for 2 years in my early 20s. I used to be a high-school teacher. 

PLACE YOU WANT TO VISIT:  Thailand. I lived in South East Asia for 4 years, and it feels like forever since I have been back.

FAVORITE MOVIE:  The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

FAVORITE SINGER:  My wife Monique DeBose (she’s an award-winning jazz singer)

HOBBIES:  Travel. After 2 years of staying at home during the pandemic, we are finally getting back into the world. This summer we took our kids to Tanzania, Paris and London.

BACKGROUND:  Success brings very unique challenges. And leadership can be more lonely than most people imagine. My clients are talented, driven, ambitious people – with a track record of success behind them and a huge dream ahead of them. I help powerful people to remember how powerful they are.

What is your current exercise routine?  I work out with Sonki twice a week. I run, walk the dog and get on my rower in between sessions. And I am feeling much stronger and mentally tougher since I started training with Sonki.

What is your motivation to stay in shape?  To live a long, healthy life and keep up with my two boys, who are 9 and 11!

What is your greatest challenge to staying in shape?  My nutrition.

What is your key to success?  You’d be suprised at what you can accomplish with a tiny act of courage each day.

What do you like about Sonki Fitness Boot Camp and how has it affected your life?  Sonki pushes me beyond where I imagine I can go. Constantly!
