BACKGROUND: Since joining Sonki Fitness, I’ve put on muscles and lost about 8 lbs of fat since Jan. Also, I ran the mile in under 7 minutes for the first time since I was in high school and increased my core strength by 67%. I’m hoping to break 6:30 mile soon and continue improving my overall strength.
What is your current exercise routine? Sonki Fitness 3 days a week and a 3-mile run on the weekends.
What is your motivation to stay in shape? Health / Cholesterol / Ryan Gosling
What is your greatest challenge to staying in shape? Italian food
What is your key to success? Going to Sonki Fitness even when I don’t feel like it.
What do you like about Sonki Fitness Boot Camp and how has it affected your life? In class, I like the balance Sonki strikes between pushing you and respecting each person’s individual fitness level. As for results, Sonki Fitness has delivered better results than any other fitness regimen I’ve tried.
What advice would you give to others about fitness? It sucks until it doesn’t.
