What is your current exercise routine? Sonki Fitness baby!
What is your motivation to stay in shape? Overall I feel healthier, stronger, happier and my weight remains stable (regardless of fun nights out!). My Sonki Fitness trainer Eve pushes me each session and that is a motivation in and of itself.
What is your greatest challenge to staying in shape? Consistency. Once I fall out of my routine, I find it much harder to stay active and in shape. Sonki Fitness boot camp helps keep me on track and accountable!
What is your key to success? No joke: Sonki Fitness. It is hard for me to commit to a gym routine. But with Sonki Fitness, we have a group working out together each session so they expect you to show up. It is more personal and keeps me accountable and engaged.
What do you like about Sonki Fitness Boot Camp and how has it affected your life? I love the group and trainers. Everyone works out together for a 5 week stretch, and we motivate/support each other. That is the key and keeps me coming back each session.
