HOBBIES:  Traveling, dancing, exploring new spots & different physical challenges.

BACKGROUND:  I started Sonki Fitness in 2007 and did it for a couple of years straight until life got in the way. I made a triumphant comeback this year during the quarantine, and the Sonki Fitness workouts have been the perfect remedy for our covid blues: clean air, great group, and fun challenging workouts. I feel so much stronger and happier already. 

What is your current exercise routine?  Sonki Fitness 3 times a week, hiking, barre, and long walks with my family and friends.

What is your motivation to stay in shape?  I want to look good, feel good, and stay healthy.

What is your greatest challenge to staying in shape?  The interruption and recovery from happy hours.

What is your key to success?  When I make commitments, I follow through on them no matter what.

What do you like about Sonki Fitness Boot Camp and how has it affected your life?  I love that Sonki actually teaches the classes. And I love that classes are outdoors where we can feel the ocean breeze and breathe in fresh air while seeing spectacular ocean and mountain views from our class. After each workout, I start my day feeling accomplished and happy.

What advice would you give to others about fitness?  Find something you enjoy doing and do it for at least an hour every day.
