BACKGROUND: I’ve been living in Santa Monica for just over three years and really love living here. I enjoy the active lifestyle and the laid back nature of everyone I meet. Before joining Sonki Fitness, I was in decent shape, but as I get older I want more out of my workouts and out of my days. Sonki Fitness is exactly what I was looking for. After joining last summer, I decided to sign up for the full year in 2014.
I find training with Sonki Fitness helps me find a better work life balance, which in result puts me in a better head space. I’m also definitely sleeping better and happier overall.
What is your current exercise routine? Sonki Fitness Boot Camp on M/W/F and running on other days.
What is your motivation to stay in shape? To be fit, healthy and get the most out of my life.
What is your greatest challenge to staying in shape? Enjoying the good life too much (i.e. going out eating and drinking), which makes it harder to get up in the mornings.
What is your key to success? Enjoying what I do, putting in the hours, and continuing to work at everything to become better.
What do you like about Sonki Fitness Boot Camp and how has it affected your life? I love being pushed to my limits at Sonki Fitness, which helps maximize my workouts and results. And those results motivate me to push even harder next time, which gives me even better results.
What advice would you give to others about fitness? Get up and get out there.
