What is your current exercise routine?  Sonki Fitness 3x per week. In addition to attending Sonki Fitness classes, I try to stay active by going on long walks, dancing (sometimes in a class, sometimes in my living room with my daughters), and going to spin classes.

What is your motivation to stay in shape?  Exercise has been an important component of feeling my best after some serious health setbacks a couple of years ago. I am motivated to continue improving, for myself and for my young kids.

What is your key to success?  I often think about how far I have come with my health and know all too well that I cannot take it for granted. I remind myself that while a lot of things are outside of my control, I can aim to make the best choices for my overall wellbeing, including with respect to diet, exercise, and stress management. Visualizing toned arms doesn’t hurt either!

What do you like about Sonki Fitness Boot Camp and how has it affected your life?  I love that I can start my days early in a nice setting and in good company. By the time the rest of my day gets going, I know that I’ve already done something really positive for myself, both physically and mentally.

What advice would you give to others about fitness?  Start somewhere, anywhere. Just start.
