BACKGROUND:  Since starting Sonki Fitness, I’ve lost 11 pounds and have improved my endurance drastically.

What is your current exercise routine?  Sonki Fitness on MWF and weight training on weekends. I also swim in the summer time.

What is your motivation to stay in shape?  La Dolce Vita! Feeling good and looking good and being able to enjoy eating a good meal and a stiff drink.

What is your greatest challenge to staying in shape?  Work life balance can be skewed with frequent business travel, and eating healthy on the road is not fun and difficult.

What is your key to success?  I finish what I start, never give up and always sleep well after a good workout.

What do you like about Sonki Fitness and how has it affected your life?  Great thing about Sonki Fitness is that the one hour class goes by quickly in a fun setting and team environment. We are all in this together. Half of the exercises we do in class I would never do on my own, like #duckwalk.

What advice would you give to others about fitness?  A routine is key, and it takes 21 days to make or break a habit.
