HOBBIES:  Spending time with my wife, dogs and cat. Learning to play golf and music. Volunteering.

What is your current exercise routine?  Sonki Fitness three times a week, walking, yoga, Peleton, and  occasional weight training.

What is your motivation to stay in shape?  Growing old(er) with my wife.

What is your greatest challenge to staying in shape?  Beer

What is your key to success?  Less beer

What do you like about Sonki Fitness Boot Camp and how has it affected your life?  Sonki Fitness had already changed my life once when I took it several years ago. And recently I returned to feel better about my overall health.

What advice would you give to others about fitness?  Life will pass you by if you can’t keep up with it.

Any other comments?  I met Sonki 30+ years ago in…you guessed it…Hawaii! I was doing a news segment on a sport called STREND which he won.
