What is your motivation to stay in shape and what is your key to success?  To live to 99, be strong and mobile🧘🏼‍♀️

What is your key to success?  I practice what I preach, which is catching negative thoughts and flipping them into something real, kind, and useful. It’s basically mental fitness training 🧠💪

What do you like about Sonki Fitness Boot Camp and how has it affected your life?  It’s my weekly reset! I get connection with nature and people who are warm and encouraging. Every session I work towards my goal of thriving at 99. Sonki truly will make this possible. 

What advice would you give to others about fitness?  Don’t wait to feel motivated. Focus on what you get from Sonki Fitness instead of what it takes of you. Just show up and Sonki helps the rest become possible.
